He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Stephens and Marie Stephens of Union, KY; his brother David Stephens of Union, KY; and his grandson Ryan Stephens of Newport, KY.. He is survived by: his children, Tim Stephens (D. J.), Dan Stephens (Alicia) and Kitty Stephens; his sister Judy Hammitt; and his grandchildren, Kaytlin Martin (Vincent), Tristian Stephens (Katelynn), Courtney Stephens and Erik Stephens.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and at 10:30 AM at the Union Baptist Church (1985 Union School Rd, Union, KY 41091). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at the same location.
