He is survived by: his mother Anna Joyce Wortham Smith of Webster, KY; his daughter Haley Joyce Smith of Radcliff, KY; and his siblings, Belinda Jones (Rickey) of Irvington and Charlie Smith (Jenny) of Webster. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
