She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hardin and Georgia Hardin; her husband James F. Swink; and her siblings, Jesse Hardin, Dorothy Hardin and Jeanie Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Basham (Bobby) of Union Star, Teresa Peters (Billy) of Payneville and Jack Swink (Paula) of Union Star; and her grandchildren, Bobbi Jo Poole (Gary), David Basham (Pricilla), Jesse Peters (Kristi), Ashley Richey, Eric Ford and Lynn Swink (Mollye). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to Hosparus of Central Kentucky.
