With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys Ruth Lycan of Ulysses, Kentucky, born in Louisa, Kentucky, who passed away on January 19, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Borders and Oretha Ann Fraley Borders. She is survived by: her husband Edgar Riley Lycan; her children, Tim Lycan, Arthur Randy Lycan, Oretha Marchelle Isaac (Dale), Tamralee Ruth Frazier (Scott) and Cheri Preston (Eric); and her brother Raymond Borders. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
