He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Wayne, Jr. and Minnie Catherine Austin Lycan; and his wife Gladys Ruth Lycan. He is survived by: his children, Tim Lycan, Arthur Randy Lycan, Oretha Marchelle Isaac (Dale), Tamralee Ruth Frazier (Scott) and Cheri Preston (Eric). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
