She is survived by: her mother Jeanette Clemons of Jackson, KY.; her sons, Fairley Dewayne Napier (Joanie) of Clayhole, KY and Tracy Napier (Tina) of Berea, KY.; her stepchildren, Sandy Taylor (Randy) of McKee, KY, Gregory Combs (Ruth) of Tyner, KY and Joey Combs (Treva) of London, KY.; her siblings, Debbie Clemons of Jackson, KY, Esslonia Dixon (Jeff) of Crossville, TN, Carolyn Roberts (Danny) of Jackson, KY, Ralph Clemons (Barbara) of Guage, KY and Clifford Clemons (Sherry) of Jackson, KY.; her grandchildren, Harmony Bailey (Todd), Chelsey Napier, Hatch Napier, Blake Combs, Jordan Poe (Cory), Taylor Combs, Austin Combs, Tiffany Williams (Alan), Misty Combs and Cember Campbell; and her great grandchildren, Rhys Bailey, AnnaLee Bailey, Loraley Bailey, Gab Williams, Angel Williams and Tayvn Herald.
