He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Potter and Clearise Tincher Rose; and his sister Linda. He is survived by: his children, Earl Wayne Potter (Amanda), Felicia Potter and Kristy Whitaker; his siblings, Don Potter, George Potter, Lucinda Isaacs, Brenda Durham, Janet Agee and Diane Caldwell; and his grandchildren, Elijah, Emily Paige, Emily Ruth, Ethan and Kalijah. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
