He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Fields and Zola Fields (Murray); and his sister Vietta Fields. He is survived by: his children, Shonna Sizemore (Phillip) of London and Benjamin Joshua Fields (Teena) of Roanoke, Virginia; his siblings, Kermit Fields (Janice) of London, Earl Dean Fields (Shirley) of London and Jennings Fields (Phyllis) of Fogertown; and his grandchildren, Keaton Sizemore of London, Carter Sizemore of London and Kyra Sizemore of London.
