He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jim Howard and Sadie Crager Howard; his wife Joan Bailey Howard; his son James Morgan Howard of Tutor Key; and his siblings, Carl Delbert Whitaker of Hueysville, KY, Adam Wireman of Gunlock, KY, Jodie Shepherd of Gunlock, KY, Hazel Shepherd of Gunlock, KY, Clara Bailey of Royalton, KY., Mazie May and Mabel Clay.
