He was predeceased by: his parents, Dencil VanHoose and Edna Mae Stapleton VanHoose. He is survived by: his sons, Scott VanHoose of Tomahawk, KY and Trenton VanHoose of Tutor Key, KY; and his brother Charles Warren VanHoose of Tutor Key, KY. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
