He is survived by: his children, Jamie Ratliff (Katherine) of Gregory, Michigan and Jennifer Zack (Shawn) of Howell, Michigan; his siblings, David Ratliff of Paintsville, Charlie Ratliff (Mary Ann) of Tutor Key and Margaret Blanton (Gary) of Flat Gap, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Austin, Isabella, Lila, Josie, Silas, Harlan and Sawyer.
