She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield Stambaugh and Effie Lee Castle Stambaugh (Lee); her husband Clyde; and her son Wendell Kevin VanHoose. She is survived by: her siblings, James Lindy Stambaugh, Martin Lonnie Stambaugh (Carol), John Wallace Stambaugh (Elizabeth Ann), Mary Katherine and Lydia Bell Stambaugh; her siblings-in-law, Gwendolyn Preston Stambaugh, Jessie Stambaugh VanHoose, Ernest VanHoose and Eugene Sturgill; her daughters, Debbie Daniels (Brad) and Lee VanHoose (Julie); her daughter-in-law Paula Meek VanHoose Jones of Knoxville; her siblings, Alberta Sturgill of Sitka and Gar Stambaugh of Pikeville; her sister-in-law Marjorie Pelphrey (Bob); her grandchildren, Tres Dean, Noemi of Van Nuys, California, Elliott Clyde VanHoose of Tutor Key and Miranda Layne VanHoose of Knoxville; her great grandchild Kevin Blake VanHoose of Tutor Key; her children, Lizzie Wilson of Lexington, Viktorria, Christian, Miranda Hane of Palm Springs and Miles Hane of Van Nuys, California.; and her friend Carolyn Daniel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
