She was predeceased by: her former husband Albert Southgate. She is survived by: her husband James Musgrove; her daughter Helen McDonald Williams (James David); her stepson Jack Musgrove (Karie); and her stepgranddaughters, Amanda and Nicole. She is also survived by three step-great grandchildren.
