She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Bush and Devell Carter Durham. She is survived by: her husband David Howell of Trenton, KY; her sons, Michael Howell (Ann) of Janesville, WI and Barry Howell (Virginia) of Smyrna, TN; her siblings, Roger Bush (Candy) of Pembroke, KY and Cindy Gibbins (Bryan) of Franklin, KY; her grandchildren, David, Hunter and Rachel Howell; and her great grandchild Braxton Howell.
