He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Barber Blake of Trenton, KY; his children, Russell Kevin Blake of Atlanta, GA, Robin Denise Harris of Russellville, KY, Lisa Carol Rickard of Elkton, KY and Donna Marie Turpen of Adams, TN; and his siblings, Morris Blake of Elkton, Dolly Latham of Elkton, KY, Juleen Addison of Elkton, KY and Christine McCelleln of Russellville, KY. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
