He was predeceased by: his parents, John Withey and Mary Jane Nicholson. He is survived by: his wife Freda F. Withey of Trenton, KY. He is also survived by his one son and one step son; his two daughters and one step daughter; his sister; his seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
