It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Goldie Mae Newcomb of Trenton, Kentucky, born in Pembroke, Kentucky, who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin "Buster" Spry and Jessie Ruth Spry Harris; her husband Robert Henry "Sonny" Newcomb; and her siblings, Mack Eugene Spry and Wanda Lee Lawrence.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Beth Boyd (Eddie) of Olmstead; her sister Frances Bush of Hopkinsville; her grandchildren, Jennifer Mann Miller (Shane) of Clarksville, TN and Brad Edward Boyd (Kyla) of Clarksville, TN; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Braely Boyd, Everett and Elizabeth Miller (Lizzie).
While at Hearthstone, she taught Sunday School, sewed masks for the staff during COVID and repaired clothes for the residents.
