He was predeceased by: his parents, B. G. Fletcher and Hattie Bell Morgan Fletcher; and his brothers, B. G. Fletcher, Jr., Tandy Fletcher, Eugene Fletcher, J. C. Fletcher and Willie Fletcher.
He is survived by: his siblings, James Fletcher (Wendy) of Pembroke, George Fletcher of Elkton, Leroy Fletcher (Delane) of Elkton, Martha Locke of Parsippany, NJ, Margie Graves of Cross Plains, TN and Margaret Fletcher of Elkton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the Salvation Army.
