He is survived by: his wife Jessica Smith Howell; his children, Ritchie Dee "Bubby" Howell Jr. of Pikeville, Kentucky, Jordan Ray Howell of Pikeville, Kentucky, Tonya Rochelle Spears (Jimmy) of Tram, Heather Louise Lewis (Jake) of Harold and Holly Ann Brewer (Cory) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Markus, Caroline, Tristen, Channing, Paisley, Paxton, Garrett and Arabella; and his sisters, Carolyn Rogers of Danville and Tammy Case of Virginia.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
