He was predeceased by: his parents, Adas Patrick and Norma Williams Patrick; and his siblings, Robert Ervin "Lug" Patrick, Kenny Williams, Walk Junior Williams, Patricia 'Pat" Jackson, Sula Burchett and Mary Ann Damron.
He is survived by: his wife Maxie Avonell Patrick; his children, Duane Edward Patrick (Melissa) of Blue River, Kentucky, Lacinda Carr (Doug) of Tram, Bernice Trimble (Mike) of Ivel and Malinda Hamilton (Kelly) of Dry Ridge, Kentucky; his siblings, Benjamin Patrick of Tram, Loriane Howard of Salyersville and Juanita Spears of Betsy Layne, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Dougie, Scott, Mashanna, Bryan, Kasey and Vince. He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren.
