She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Hatfield and Mary Clay Hatfield; her husband Clyde Blevins; her son Danny Blevins; and her siblings, John Henry Hatfield, Okie Clay, Josephine Jervis and Emma Jean Burchell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathleen Honeycutt of Tram and Cassie Adkins of Betsy Layne, Kentucky; and her sister Lydia Marie Jarvis of Michigan. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren & 5 Great Great Grandchildren.
