He was predeceased by: his parents, Byrd Perkins and Eurada McMillion Perkins; and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Perkins, Ricky Napier and Mike Bryant.
He is survived by: his wife Cinda Bennett Perkins; his daughters, Michelle Couch and Jessica Eldridge (Christopher); his grandchildren, Brianna Couch, Arthur Junior "Bub" Couch, Serenity Couch and Shanley Eldridge; his siblings, Sandra Bryant, Martha Dean Napier, Teresa Barnett (Gerald), Ted Perkins (Jeanie), Bob Perkins (Pam) and Verda; and his nieces and nephews, Tim, Erica Smith, Kristy Bryant, Donna Smith, Debra, Darrel Ball and Tabitha Hensley.
