With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Lewis of Totz, Kentucky, who passed away on February 23, 2025 at the age of 67. Though Stephen may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Stephen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Lewis and Marie Patterson Lewis; his sister Judith Ann; and his grandson Jacob S. Caudill. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Lewis of Cumberland and Ashley Caudill (Jason) of Nolansburg; his grandchildren, Anna Marie Caudill of Nolansburg and Levi Caudill of Nolansburg; and his siblings, Regina Johnson (Homer) of Corbin and Alan Lewis (Polly) of Danville. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the TRI City Funeral Home (506 Holly St, Benham, KY 40807). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
