We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2023, at the age of 82, Mary Evelyn Hensley of Totz, Kentucky, born in Elkhorn, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce D. Hensley; her parents, Thomas Sparks and Virgie Hazelwood Sparks; her sister Dolly Williams; her brother-in-law Albert Williams; her brother Clayton Sparks; and her siblings-in-law, Redia Mae Sparks and Curtis Vannoy.

She is survived by: her children, Susie Mullins (Denny) of Nolansburg, KY, Donna Noe (Nicky) of Harlan, KY and James Hensley (Jimmy) of Totz, KY.; her grandchildren, Matthew Mullins (Heather), Ashley Mullins (Eli), Lyndsey Noe Carmical (David), Seth Noe, Zachary Noe (Leah), Branden Watts, Tyler Hensley (Maddie) and Brittany Nolan (Zach); her great grandchildren, Samson Mullins, Hunter Napier, Cameron Carmical, Samuel Carmical, Benjamin Carmical, Tyson Hensley, Kylie Watts, Kolby Watts, Harleigh Belle Nolan and Zachary James Nolan; and her siblings, Peggy Vannoy of Bluefield, Darlene Peace (Monus) of Closplint, KY and Larry Sparks (Jo). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
