She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Vina Scott Smith; her brothers, Charles, Leonard, Kenny and Jimmy Smith; and her granddaughter Christine Cornett.

She is survived by: her husband David Fields of Totz; her daughters, Sandy Fields (Timothy Gross) of Totz, Teresa Stanley (David) of Putney and Ginger Fields of Totz; her brother Millard Smith (Angie) of Cumberland; her grandchildren, Ashley, Andrew Gross, Shawn, Alex Walker, Samantha Cleaver (Jimmy), Emily Richmond (Chad) and Tony Marsh; and her great grandchildren, Wesley, Alexis, Leixia, Bradley, Megan and Chase.

Due to the mandate by the Governor of Kentucky, all attending must wear a face cover at all times for all services and social distance.
