He is survived by: his wife Norma Cavins Fields; his sons, Junior Dale Fields (Polly) and Paul Edward Fields (Christine); his siblings, David Fields and Jewel Burton; his grandsons, Justin Lee Fields and Bradley Donovan Fields; his great grandchild Brantley Fields; and his grandchildren, Aralynn, Charity Smith, Katlynn Halcomb, Kalie Adams, Rayna, Micheal, Aden and Luna Edens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
