He is survived by: his children, Donna Scott of Baltimore, MD, Peggy Scott of Baltimore, MD, Mary Briggs (Robert) of Baltimore, MD, Douglas Scott of Baltimore, MD and Adam Scott of Baltimore, MD; his brother Lee Roy Scott of Nolansburg; and his niece Melony Morris (Clark). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and many friends.
