He is survived by: his children, Johnny Halcomb of Ohio, Niki Halcomb of Ohio, Jason Halcomb of Ohio, Chris Sellers of Colliers Creek, Kevin Pennington of Ohio, Kayley Pennington of Cumberland, Corey Hornsby of Ohio and Kayla Hill of Benham; his siblings, James Halcomb (Sherry), Lonnie Halcomb (Glenda) of Ohio, Wilma Bennett (Donald), Mablene Halcomb of Totz, Maureen Romano of Ohio and Beverly Vanover of Cumberland; and his grandchildren, Chase, Jayanna Sellers, Jaylyn Pennington, Eli, Jonnah Hill, Cayden and Weston Hornsby.
Due to the mandates set forth by the Governor of Kentucky, visitation is limited to 50% of the building capacity with all in attendance wearing a face covering and social distancing.
