He is survived by: his wife Donna Taylor; his sons, Kevin Howard Pitta (Deana) of Idaho and Billy Dean Adams (Tonya) of Nicholasville, KY; his grandchildren, Jac Pitta, Anna Adams and Lauren Adams; and his sister Rose Bernell Collins of Richmond.
