He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Jacobs and Dallie Slone Jacobs; his daughter Rosa Lee Vick Jacobs; and his brothers, Wade Jacobs and Shirley Jacobs.
He is survived by: his sons, Ralph Jacobs, Bobby Jacobs, Jessie Jacobs, Paul Michael Jacobs and Jerry Slone; and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Chad, Cheyene, Roy and Jennifer. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Friends and Family.
