It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vivian Elaine Bentley Blair of Topmost, Kentucky, born in Lackey, Kentucky, who passed away on June 18, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Bentley and Velma Truman Bentley. She is survived by: her husband Mark Mitchell "Mitch" Blair; her children, Shana Elaine Blair Webb and Matt Justin Blair; her grandsons, Sam Clinton Webb III and Landon Mitchell Webb; her siblings, Russell Bentley (Cessie), Karen Caldwell (Tom) and Denise Martin (Jack); and her aunt Patricia Duff. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
