It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephanie Fay Collins of Topmost, Kentucky, born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on March 4, 2023, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father William Holbrook. She is survived by: her mother Jaqueline Stacy; her husband Isadore "Smiley" Collins; her children, Jacob Collins, Hailey Collins, Logan Collins and Kylie Collins; and her sisters, Hope Thornsberry, Ester Renee Holbrook, Alice Glober and Lisa Couch.

In Lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made toward funeral expenses.
