She is survived by: her spouse Johnie Slone; her daughters, Tammy Lynn Shrum (Roger) of Topmost and Misty Caudill (Eddie) of Topmost, Kentucky; her sisters, Letty Slone of Martin and Nannie Jane Lucas of Pikeville, Kentucky; and her half-sister Shirley Hall of Dry Ridge, Kentucky. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren & 13 Great Grandchildren.
