He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hall Jr. and Linda Cook Hall; his wife Anna Faye Mullins Hall; his sibling Jody Lynn Hall; and his son Clivan "Duper" Caudill III.
He is survived by: his son Steven Darrel Hall; his siblings, Robie Glen Hall, Roger Wayne Hall, Marty Kevin Hall, Marvin Doyle Hall, Betty Ruth Johnson, Emma Louis Short, Shirley Jean Green, Georgia Ann Ward and Ruby Carol Masonbrink; his grandchildren, Kelsi, Emily, Kenzie, Case and Bella; and his nephew Friends.
