He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Smith (Keith); his wife Kathey; his children, Tammy Goolsby (Michael), Joy Wilborn (B. J.) and Tommy Smith (Angela); his sister Ann Knight (Smith); and his nephews, Noah and Jake Slaughter. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.
