He is survived by: his stepdaughter Stacy Crews of Scottsville, Kentucky; his siblings, Lavene Ford (Charles) of Tompkinsville, Channie Page (Randy) of Tompkinsville, Glaydean Hopkins (Wayne) of Tompkinsville, Sue England of Glasgow, Carolyn Brynneson (Al) of Minnesota, Paul Thomas England (Alice Faye) of Hestand and John England of Gamaliel; and his close friend Patty Cherry of Lafayette.
