He is survived by: his wife Betty Smith (Welch); his son James Taylor; his daughter-in-law Treva Smith of Scottsville, KY; his grandchildren, Billy John Smith (Kara), Garrett Smith (Megan), Elizabeth Smith, Kelby Smith, Brooks Smith, Amber Smith, Andy Woods and Amanda Chapman (Nick); and his siblings, Karen Young (David) of Scottsville, KY and George Smith of Florida. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
