He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Tooley and Truman Tooley; his siblings, Paul Davis and Shirley Tooley; and also Adonica Shannell Graves.

He is survived by: his children, Shawn Graves of Louisville, KY, Holden Tooley of Tompkinsville, KY and Taleea Tooley of Tompkinsville, KY; his close friend Tonya Webb; his stepsons, Tyler Webb of Tompkinsville, KY. and Dustin Webb of Tompkinsville, KY.; and his sisters, Martha Dawson and Edna Pipken of Tompkinsville, KY..

For the protection of Mr. Tooley's family, it is kindly asked for anyone coming to the services to abide by Governor Beshear's recommendation of wearing a mask and practicing social distancing. No public lounge is available at this time due to COVID-19.
