He is survived by: his wife Gay Hammer (Bartley); his daughters, Leslie Sparks of Summer Shade and Kellie Ann Holloran (Mason) of Sturgis, Kentucky; his grandchildren, John Garrett Hammer and Blaire Ruby Holloran; and his mother-in-law Jean Bartley. He is also survived by four brothers -in law; five sisters-in-law.
