He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Laura (Morrow) and George Alexander Hodge; and his siblings, George Hodge, Juanita Hodge Newton and Barbara Dolan.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Hodge (Anderson) of Tompkinsville, KY; and his children, Laura Jane Hodge of Goodlettsville, TN, Victoria Ann Hodge England (Michael) of Edmonton, KY, Amy Caroline Jordan of Glasgow, KY, Edward Hodge (Sherry) of Hendersonville, TN and Bryan Garrett of Edmonton, KY. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
