He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth "Libby" (Harlan) and Tom Willett. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Ann Willett (Young); his sons, James (Melissa Willett) and Scott (Kristin Willett); his grandchildren, Hayden, Kate, Clay and Carter Willett; his sister Beth; and his brother-in-law Tony High of Tompkinsville, KY..

For the protection of Mr. Willett's family, it is kindly asked for anyone coming to the services to abide by Governor Beshear's recommendation of wearing a mask and practicing social distancing. No public lounge is available at this time due to COVID-19.

In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to Oak Hill Cemetery.
