He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Webb and Edna Wilson Webb; and his siblings, Gary Webb, Lou Ann Walker and Kathy Lunsford.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann "Annie" Webb; and his children, Jessica Ballard, Ashley Bewley (Jimmy) and Tommy Lee Webb, Jr. (Brittany). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
