He is survived by: his father Timmy Shirley of Tompkinsville, KY; his daughter Malia Ann Tooley of Tompkinsville, KY; his grandparents, Brenda Tooley of Tompkinsville, KY, Franklin Tooley of Tompkinsville, KY and Steve Evans of Tompkinsville, KY; and his siblings, Kyle Silk, Kyler Shirley and Makayla Shirley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family members and friends.
