He was predeceased by: his parents, Josh Butler and Ruby Dell Butler (Howard); and his brother Robert Anthony Butler. He is survived by: his wife Pam Butler; his sons, Brandon Butler of Tompkinsville, KY and Bronson Butler (Megan) of Mooresville, IN; his grandchildren, Lily, Addyson, Dakota, Dixie and Duke; and his siblings, Chris Butler of Alabama and Charlotte Cramm of Sparta, TN..
