He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Frazier (Dale) and Thomas Creed Curtis; and his siblings, Michael David Curtis and Benita Bryant. He is survived by: his spouse Trena Curtis; his daughters, Trena Gail Parker (Brendon) and Josslyn Reed; and his grandchildren, Kensley and Conner Parker.
Due to Covid-19, private graveside services will be held.
