He is survived by: his fiancée Sharon Dugard of Tompkinsville, KY; his children, Whitley Castro of Bowling Green, KY, Jon Michael Poland (Jodie) of Tompkinsville, KY, Kendra Hagan (Josh) of Tompkinsville, KY and Jayla Poland of Louisville, KY; the mother of his children Lisa Poland of Tompkinsville, KY; his grandchildren, Jaxon, Trace Hagan, Micah, Mia Castro, Jadi-Jean and Jon-Cooper Poland; and his nephew Jackie Poland.
