He was predeceased by: his wife Jessie Pearl Chapman (Humes); his mother May Belle Chapman (Strode); and his sister Clarice Page. He is survived by: his sons, Tony Chapman (Lori) of Cub Run, KY, Teddy Chapman (Robbie) of Tompkinsville, KY and Toby Chapman (Lisa) of Tompkinsville, KY; his grandchildren, Jessica Shaw (Jon), Nick Chapman (Amanda), Will Chapman and Lauren Shirley (John); his great grandchildren, Abigail, Meleah, Madison, Makenzie and Keaton; and his siblings, Catherine Hale and Roy Chapman of Tompkinsville, KY..
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Yokley-Trible Funeral Home (510 W 4th St, Tompkinsville, KY 42167). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at the Skaggs Creek Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Reggie's memory may be made to Skaggs Creek Cemetery.
