She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Russell (Hale) and Dock Russell; her spouse Harley Ballard; and her great grandchild Karoline Arnett. She is survived by: her children, Regina Turner of Tompkinsville, KY, Roetta (Steve Arnett) of Tompkinsville, KY, Richard Ballard of Tompkinsville, KY and Reggie Ballard of Celina, TN.; her grandchildren, Shane Turner (Sarah), Brandi Young (Bobby), Jeff Ballard, Brad Arnett (Jessica), Kaci Dubree (Terry David), Hope Presley (Kevin), Bucket Sharp (Chad), David Ballard (Raven) and Cody Ballard; her siblings, Earline Jackson of Vernon, AL, Jarline Bernd of Indianapolis, IN., Bill, Dewey "Dude", Jim, Joe Russell, Nova Strong and Mary Belle Vance; her daughter-in-law Peggy Head Ballard; and her foster son Ricky Burks. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
