She is survived by: her daughter Robyn Smith of Tompkinsville; her stepmother Dr. Elizabeth Caldwell of Nashville, TN; and her siblings, Lewis Jackson (Leah) of Little Rock, AR and Julie Smelley (George) of Greensboro, AL. She is also survived by 4 nieces, 3 nephews, and numerous great nieces and nephews.
