She was predeceased by: her mother Erma Brown (Evans); and her husband William "Bill" Webb. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Ray Webb (Sharon) and William Neal Webb (Reena); and her siblings, Shirley Tayse and Carl Brown of Muncie, IN.. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
